Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit
Technical and Operation posts
- ✓A full time B.Tech, B.E or B.Sc Engineering in Electrical Engineering or a combined degree with it.
- ✓For Director (Operation) and Commercial posts, other listed branches such as Electronics and Computer Science are also accepted.
Finance posts
- ✓A C.A, I.C.W.A or M.B.A in Finance.
Personnel and Administration
- ✓A full time graduation, and an M.B.A, preferably in HR, for outside candidates.
Experience
- ✓Internal candidates need to be a Chief Engineer or General Manager of the right wing.
- ✓Outside candidates need 15 years at senior management level in the last 20 years.
