Qualification
- ✓A full time degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- ✓The degree rule does not apply to candidates on deputation.
Experience
- ✓Preferred: experience in executing infrastructure projects.
- ✓Preferred: metro, railway, multistorey building or railway maintenance works.
Eligibility for AGM (Civil)
- ✓Government officers in the CDA scale PB-3 with GP 7600 and 10 years of Group A service.
- ✓Or IDA scale officers with 12 years of managerial experience.
- ✓Private sector officers drawing at least ₹1.50 lakh a month with 14 years of managerial experience.
Eligibility for JGM (Civil)
- ✓Government officers in CDA PB-3 with 4 years of Group A service.
- ✓Or IDA scale officers with 8 years of managerial experience.
- ✓Private sector officers drawing at least ₹1.25 lakh a month with 12 years of managerial experience.
Age limit
- ✓On absorption: AGM up to 52 years and JGM up to 50 years on 4 December 2026.
- ✓On deputation: up to 57 years on 4 December 2026.
