These vacancies are against sanctioned Training Officer posts at Government ITI, Mana, Raipur district, excluding posts already filled by regular Training Officers, contractual Training Officers, or existing Guest Lecturers.

Eligibility Criteria

Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (Hindi/English)

• 10+2 pass from a recognized board, or old Higher Secondary examination pass along with first-year examination pass of a Graduation course from a recognized university.
• Shorthand (Short-hand) certificate examination pass from a recognized board/institution/Typewriting Council: For Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (Hindi) – Hindi Shorthand certificate examination pass with a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand (a skill test for speed will be conducted). For Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (English) – English Shorthand certificate examination pass with a speed of 100 words per minute (a skill test for speed will be conducted).
• OR a one-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognized institution, with a Data Entry speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour (a skill test for speed will be conducted).

Instrument Mechanic

• High School pass from a recognized board, or old-pattern 11th class or equivalent examination pass.
• National Trade Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training in the relevant trade / National Apprenticeship Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training / State Trade Certificate from the State Council for Vocational Training and National Apprenticeship Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training.
• OR relevant qualification per applicable departmental recruitment rules – a recognized university/board degree/diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.

Note: Equivalence of Engineering branches will be determined as per the “Chhattisgarh Industrial Training (Non-Gazetted) Group-III Recruitment Rules, 2014, as amended 31 May 2019.”

Selection Process

• The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the technical qualification specified under the prevailing service recruitment rules; prior experience is not required.
• For posts where CTI/ATI (Craft Instructor Training/Apprentice Training Institute) qualification is required, the merit list will first be prepared among CTI/ATI-passed candidates; if such candidates are unavailable, candidates with the prescribed technical qualification will be selected based on merit.
• For technical trades, merit marks will be calculated based on the technical qualification certificate; marks from ATI/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/ITOT courses will not be included in this calculation.
• For trades where State Vocational Training Council certification and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) are specified under the 2014 Rules, State Trade Certificate (SCVT)-passed candidates must also have passed the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) examination in the relevant trade/subject; merit will be calculated based on NAC marks.
• Guest Lecturers will be invited as per requirement, for a maximum of one training session.
• For the Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (Hindi/English) posts, if candidates with 100 words per minute shorthand speed are not available, the Joint Director may, at their discretion, consider candidates with 80 words per minute speed.
• Eligible candidates for Stenographer Secretarial Assistant posts will undergo a shorthand skill test, and the merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in this test.
• No reservation is applicable in this Guest Lecturer selection process; merit/selection lists are prepared purely based on technical qualification marks as per the prevailing service recruitment rules.

Remuneration

Guest Lecturers will be paid Rs. 140/- per hour for training work, for a maximum of 5 hours per working day, subject to a maximum monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-. This rate is subject to revision from time to time as notified by the Government.

Eligibility & Other Important Conditions

• Applicants must be permanent residents of Chhattisgarh; an attested copy of a Chhattisgarh domicile certificate issued by a competent authority must be attached with the application.
• The minimum age of the applicant as on the last date of application must not be less than 18 years.
• Separate applications must be submitted for separate trades/subjects; an application mentioning more than one trade will not be considered valid.
• If a candidate is selected as Guest Lecturer for more than one institution/trade/subject, joining at one place will automatically cancel the selection at the other places.
• If the Government fills the post through regular appointment, transfer, or contractual posting during the Guest Lecturer engagement process, the services of the engaged Guest Lecturer will automatically be terminated.
• If a selected Guest Lecturer does not report for duty within the prescribed period after selection, the selection will be treated as cancelled, and the next eligible candidate in the merit list will be given the opportunity.
• Self-attested photocopies of all required certificates and a signed affidavit on plain paper must be attached with the application; applications or affidavits without the candidate’s signature will not be considered valid.

1. Download and fill the prescribed “Application for Guest Lecturer” (Mehman Pravakta Hetu Aavedan Patra) form included in the notification, mentioning the institution and trade/subject applied for.
2. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required educational and technical qualification certificates (original final semester/year mark sheet copies only; tabulation sheets and online result sheets are not valid).
3. Attach a self-attested passport-size photograph, the signed affidavit (shapath patra) on plain paper, and a copy of the Chhattisgarh domicile certificate.

Important Instructions

• Incomplete, unclear or erroneous applications will be rejected without further notice to the applicant.
