Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Education

• An Engineering graduate in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical for the M and R post.
• An Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil for the Project post.
• An MBA or PG Diploma in Management is an added advantage.

Experience

• M and R: 5 years in the last 10 at senior level in alumina refinery work.
• Project: 10 years in the last 20 in large industrial project management.

Grade

• 2 years in E8 grade (₹1,20,000 to ₹2,80,000) or the CDA Level 14 or higher.
• Private sector CTC of at least ₹47.76 lakh, with 24 years of experience.
