Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Education, both posts

• A regular Law degree (3 years or 5 year integrated), or an LLM.
• The degree must be from a UGC recognised institute.
• At least 60% marks in the degree or 55% in the LLM.
• Good computer skills.
• Good English and Hindi drafting and the ability to handle many files.

Experience

• Grade-2: not needed.
• Grade-3: at least 3 years as a legal practitioner.
• Legal work in a Government body, PSU or private firm also counts.

Desirable

• Diploma in Labour Law and handling of litigation.
• Grade-3: knowledge of Service Rules, FRSR, CCS Rules, and CAT, High Court and Supreme Court procedure.

Age limit

• 35 years for both posts.

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. A screening committee and a selection committee select candidates.
2. A waiting list valid for one year is kept.

Documents Required

• Application in Annexure-I.
• Self-attested copies of Aadhaar, date of birth proof and certificates.
• Experience proof, for Grade-3.

Important Instructions for Candidates
