- ✓Officers of the Central or State Government, UT, universities, research institutes, PSUs or autonomous bodies.
- ✓Holding an analogous post on a regular basis.
- ✓Or 2 years of regular service in Level 7 or equivalent.

- ✓M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognised university, registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India.
- ✓Desirable: 2 years of clinical experience in paediatrics or developmental assessment of infants and toddlers.
- ✓Qualifications can be relaxed by the Selection Committee for well qualified candidates.
