Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Qualification

• ✓A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 60 percent marks.
• ✓Preferred for HR: a PG degree in HR, Personnel Management or Labour Laws.
• ✓Preferred for GAD: a PG degree in Public Administration.
• ✓Working knowledge of computers is essential.

Experience

• ✓HR and Recruitment: at least 10 years in HR, recruitment and personnel matters.
• ✓General Administration: at least 10 years in a General Administration Department.
• ✓Retired Senior Officers of Government, PSU or autonomous bodies are preferred.

Age limit

• ✓The age should be 45 to 63 years.
