Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Qualification

• ✓An advocate in continuous practice for at least 7 years.
• ✓Or a judicial officer with a combined 7 years as advocate and judicial officer.
• ✓Knowledge of Odia equal to Middle English School standard.
• ✓The detailed rules are in the Orissa Superior Judicial Service and Orissa Judicial Service Rules 2007.

Age limit

• ✓The age should not be below 35 or above 45 years on the date of application.
• ✓Relaxation is 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC (non-creamy layer) and women.
