Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit
General Manager (Technical)
- ✓A B.E or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 55% marks.
- ✓At least 20 years at managerial level in a power utility.
- ✓Experience in new power projects, generation O and M, tariff and material management.
General Manager (Human Resource)
- ✓A Master degree in Human Resource or Personnel Management, or an MBA in HR, with 55% marks.
- ✓Or a first class 2 year PGDM in HR from an AICTE institute.
- ✓At least 20 years of managerial experience in HR, industrial relations and grievance handling.
Both posts
- ✓The 20 year experience limit can be trimmed for deserving candidates.
