Who Can Apply
Experienced professionals up to 62 years of age who have the required qualification and years of experience can apply. Civil posts need high-rise building experience, and the ICT post needs Hospital Management Information System experience. Consultants are independent, not RITES employees.
Educational Qualification
- ICT Engineer (HMS): Graduate in Engineering/Computer Science; at least 5 years’ professional experience, at least one HMIS project, and knowledge of hospital software, databases, front ends and cloud systems; good English. Assamese is preferred.
- Construction Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering; at least 15 years in high-rise building construction. Direct site experience on hospital or high-rise projects as Project/Construction Manager is preferred. English and Hindi required.
- Field Engineer (Civil): Degree with 12 years, or Diploma with 15 years, in high-rise building construction. English and Hindi required.
- Construction Supervisor (Civil): Degree with 10 years, or Diploma with 12 years, in high-rise building construction. English and Hindi required.
Training, internship, teaching, academic, fellowship and Ph.D. research periods are not counted as experience.
Age Limit
Not exceeding 62 years as on 20.10.2026. No extension is given beyond 65 years of age.

The application fee is Nil for all posts.
Salary
For the ICT Engineer, work is intermittent, with at least 7 days’ notice before each stint, and New Delhi-Guwahati round-trip airfare is reimbursed.
Selection Process
- Document scrutiny, in person or online, on 21-23 October 2026.
- Personal interview on 27-28 October 2026, assessing technical skills, subject knowledge, experience and communication.
- Engagement is subject to the client approving the CV.
