Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit
Essential requirements for IPDF
- ✓An Indian national with a PhD or equivalent doctorate from a recognised institute or university.
- ✓First class in the earlier degrees, at least 6.5 CGPA or 60 percent.
- ✓At least 3 publications in SCI, SSCI or SCIE journals, one in a Q1 journal.
- ✓At most 35 years of age when the form is submitted.
- ✓Apply within 5 years of the award of the PhD.
- ✓One degree or work experience should be from a CFTI.
- ✓A foreign university with QS rank up to 500 also counts.
Note
- ✓Candidates who submitted the PhD thesis may apply, but need the PhD award certificate before joining.
- ✓IIITM Gwalior PhD holders can apply after one year of the PhD viva approval.
