Tenure and Pay Package
Engagement is for 3 years, extendable by a further 3 years as per requirement. Besides the consolidated pay, selected candidates get Employer’s PF Contribution, HRA, gratuity, medical benefits, leave encashment, and other benefits under HCL’s “Scheme for Engagement of Executives on Fixed Tenure Basis.”

How Selection Works
Selection is 100% based on Performance in a Personal Interview. Candidates are called in a 1:5 ratio per vacancy (i.e., 5 candidates per single vacancy; 10 candidates if there’s only 1 vacancy in a discipline). Shortlisting for the interview considers extra years of relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement and any additional relevant degree – HCL may also conduct a written screening test if needed.
