C-DAC Guwahati Recruitment 2026: Walk-in for 27 Project Engineer & Project Manager Posts

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), a scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is holding walk-in interviews at its Centre in North East (CINE), Guwahati. It is recruiting 27 contract IT professionals: Project Manager (Software System Architect), Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer (Full Stack and Android Developer), and Project Engineer (Network Security) (Advt No. CINE/REC/2026/06). Walk-ins run from 25 September to 9 October 2026, Monday to Friday. Pay ranges from Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,50,000 a month, and there is no application fee.

Who Can Apply

Engineering graduates or postgraduates in CSE/ECE/EEE or related fields with 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) and the required post-qualification experience can attend. Government of India reservation norms apply. Internal C-DAC candidates must have completed 2 years of service.

Educational Qualification

• Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer (Full Stack & Android): B.E./B.Tech. in CSE/ECE/EEE or a relevant domain with 60%, OR M.E./M.Tech./PG degree in CSE/EEE/ECE or a relevant domain with 60%, OR Ph.D. (all but thesis) in a relevant discipline.
• Project Engineer (Network Security): B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT/ECE/Electronics or a relevant discipline with 60%, OR a PG degree in Science/Computer Applications with 60%, OR M.E./M.Tech. in a relevant discipline with 60%.
• Key skills – Full Stack: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Struts 2, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, REST APIs, Maven/Gradle, Git, microservices.
• Key skills – Android: Kotlin/Java, Swift, Flutter or React Native; API integration; Play Store/App Store deployment.
• Key skills – Network Security: TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, firewalls, RADIUS/TACACS+, SD-WAN, SNMP/NetFlow.

Salary

The pay bracket is the starting pay for the minimum experience. Candidates with more experience may get additional increments as per C-DAC policy.

Selection Process

• Screening on eligibility and the details in the application form submitted at the walk-in.
• Written/skill test (if held) and personal interview.
• Final selection based on academics, experience, test marks and interview performance.
• No TA/DA is paid.
