Higher Secondary percentage 20, qualification 50, computer practical test 15, experience 5 / 10 / 15
If there are many applicants, the selection committee can limit the number called for the skill test; 10 candidates are called per post.
Eligibility Conditions
- ✓Age 21 to 45 years as on 01.09.2026. SC/ST/OBC/ex-servicemen and women get relaxation as per State Government rules.
- ✓Must be a native of Chhattisgarh with a competent authority’s certificate, and must have a live registration at the Employment Office.
- ✓Divyang candidates need a medical board certificate. Reservation for disabled, women and ex-servicemen is as per Chhattisgarh rules.
- ✓Not eligible: anyone removed or whose contract was ended earlier for irregularities under MGNREGA; anyone who married before the minimum legal age; anyone with more than two children, one of whom was born on or after 26 January 2001.
- ✓A separate application is needed for each post.
Contract Terms
- ✓Contract is normally for 1 year, and may be extended on performance and the department’s need. It is not a regular job.
- ✓Either side can end it with 1 month’s notice or 1 month’s pay. No pension, gratuity or death benefits.
- ✓Government/semi-government employees must send an NOC with their application.

- 1Fill the prescribed application format (given at the end of the notice) with a recent self-attested passport-size photo.
- 2Attach self-attested copies of education, experience, residence and caste certificates, and the employment registration.
- 3Write the post name and your category (caste, woman/man, disabled/ex-servicemen) on top of the envelope. Also enclose 2 self-addressed envelopes with Rs 5 stamps.
- 4Send it by registered / speed post to the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Balod, to reach by 16.10.2026. Hand delivery is not accepted.
Note: The first page says documents are accepted till 16/10/2026, 5:30 PM, while condition 24 says the application must arrive by 5:00 PM in office hours and none will be accepted after 5:30 PM. Please send it earlier to be safe.
