Language Requirement

Punjabi up to Matric Standard is compulsory for direct recruitment. Candidates must possess this qualification on or before the last date for submission of the online application; proof is required at counselling/document verification.

Application Fee

Selection Process

Selection is based on a written test and relevant work experience.

• Written Test: 2 hours, 100 MCQs, 100 marks, conducted only in Chandigarh. Medium is English, except for Punjabi language questions.
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
• Final Merit: 80% weightage from the written test, plus up to 20 marks for relevant work experience in Government/Semi-Government/Cooperative/PSU organizations.
• Qualifying Marks: 40% for Unreserved category, 35% for all reserved categories.

Salary

Selected candidates are placed on probation for 2 years at a minimum basic pay of Rs. 56,100, plus travelling and mobile allowance only. After satisfactory completion of probation, the regular pay scale of the post plus all admissible allowances applies, as per Milkfed’s service rules.
