For ITI/Trade Apprentices who are National or State Trade Certificate holders, any period of training already undergone in a recognized school or institution is accounted for while determining the minimum payable stipend rate. • Applicants must be Indian Nationals, and must belong to the Eastern Region: West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, or Andaman & Nicobar.
• Candidates must have passed their Degree, Diploma, or ITI course in or after 2024, as on 30 June 2026.

Airport-Wise Location and Enrolment IDs

Odisha candidates have two airport options: Bhubaneswar Airport and Jharsuguda Airport, both listed with their own enrolment IDs above.
