Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.06.2026)
21 to 45 years for both posts. There is no upper age relaxation.

- Must be of good character and sound health, free from any organic defect and physical deformities.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia fluently, and must have passed an examination in Odia language equivalent to middle school standard.

Selection Process
Selection is made by a Selection Committee constituted as per the Women & Child Development Department’s Resolution No. 10102-WCD-CW-0023-2020, dated 15.09.2020, based on career marking (weightage):
Candidates with experience in child rights and child protection work may get preference in case of equal marks.

- Secondary, HSC, Graduation, Post Graduation, or equivalent qualification certificates and mark sheets
- One recent self-attested colour photograph (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
- Experience certificate from previous employer, as applicable
- Self-declaration regarding non-involvement in any criminal activities, especially child-related offences
- No Objection Certificate from the employer, if currently employed
- Character certificate issued by any Gazetted Officer
- Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar (identity proof)
