Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Finance posts

• CA or CMA from ICAI or ICMAI.
• Senior Manager: 13 years of post-qualification executive experience, age up to 48.
• Deputy GM: 17 years of experience, age up to 50.
• Additional GM: 21 years of experience, age up to 53.
• Experience must be in accounts, finance or internal audit.

HR posts

• Full time MBA in HRM or HRD with at least 60%.
• Or a PG degree in Personnel Management, IR or Labour Welfare with 60%.
• Or a 2 year PG Diploma in PM and IR, or MSW or MHROD.
• Same experience years and age limits as Finance (13, 17 and 21 years).
• Experience must be in HR and industrial relations. LLB is desirable.

Age relaxation

• SC and ST get 5 years and OBC-NCL gets 3 years, where the post is reserved.
• Maximum age after relaxation is 58 years.

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. Applications are screened and eligible candidates are shortlisted.
2. Selection is on the personal interview marks.
3. At least 50% marks are needed to be empanelled.
4. Medical examination for appointment.

Documents Required

• Degree and CA, CMA or MBA certificates.
• Experience certificates and recent pay slip.
• Form 16 and CTC certificate for private sector candidates.
• Category certificate (OBC-NCL, SC, ST or PwBD).
• NOC from employer, if employed.
