Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Project Attendant (age up to 50 years)

• One post: Graduate in Science with experience in water quality sampling and testing.
• One post: Graduate in Fine Arts, Design or Architecture with skill in Word, Excel, CAD, Photoshop or CorelDraw.

Project Assistant (age up to 50 years)

• Graduate in Science or Engineering, or a 3 year Diploma in Engineering with water quality sampling knowledge.
• Desirable: Word, Excel, CAD, QGIS or ArcGIS skills.

JRF (age up to 30 years)

• Master’s in Hydraulics, River Engineering, Water Resources or Geoinformatics, with GATE, NET or an equal national exam.

Research Associate-I (age up to 40 years)

• Ph.D. or equal, or 3 years of research and teaching after M.Sc. or M.Tech. with 1 SCI paper.
• Specialisation in nature based solutions for waste water or hydrological modelling.

Senior Project Scientist (age up to 45 years)

• Ph.D. in Environment Science, Water Resources or a related field, with 6 to 8 years of research or teaching experience.

Age relaxation

• Women, SC, ST and PH get 5 years. OBC-NCL gets 3 years.

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. SLCR sets a benchmark and calls only eligible candidates for a test or interview.
2. Shortlisted candidates are told by e-mail only.
3. The committee may not fill a post if no one suits.
