Job Responsibilities

• Revenue collection and management – assessing, collecting, and accounting for Estate Division revenue, and ensuring timely collection of rents, taxes, and dues.
• Land records and documentation – maintaining land records, mutation records, ownership documents, and tenancy registers.
• Surveying and assessment – conducting land surveys, boundary verification, demarcation, and GIS-based land analysis.
• Legal and regulatory compliance – assisting in litigation support for land disputes and title issues, and enforcing land revenue laws and tenancy acts.
