Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Master (FG) or Dredge Master Grade I

• Starting pay in the scale of ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000.
• Age up to 40 years.

First Mate (FG) or Dredge Master Grade II

• Starting pay in the scale of ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000.
• Age up to 35 years.

Second Mate (FG) or Dredge Mate Grade I

• Starting pay at ₹50,000.
• Age up to 30 years.

B.Sc Nautical Science

• Starting pay at ₹40,000.
• Age up to 25 years.

Relaxation

• 3 years for OBC (NCL) and 5 years for SC and ST.
• Existing Port staff of Major Ports: up to 55 years.

1. Selection is by interview only, on qualification and experience.
