Eligibility Criteria

Staff Nurse (Advt. No. 01/2026)

• Matric
• A Grade Nurse registered with the Haryana Nurses Registration Council or its equivalent
• Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject, OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject

Ayurvedic Pharmacist (Advt. No. 02/2026)

• Up-Vaidya from any recognized University/Institution/Board/Faculty of Indian System of Medicine, OR Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Matric or its equivalent (for Up-Vaidya route); 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (for Diploma route)
• Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject, OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject

Clerk (Advt. No. 03/2026)

• Graduate from a recognized University (or Graduate Certificate for Ex-Servicemen with pensionable service and 1st Class army certificate)
• Must qualify a written test of language/General Knowledge of graduation standard
• Must qualify a data entry test at 30 w.p.m./computer skills (including internet and email use)
• Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one subject, OR 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one subject
• Must qualify the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) within a two-year probation period, extendable by one year; failure to qualify results in denial of increments and eventual termination

Age Limit

Relaxation of 5 years applies for SC/BC categories of Haryana, disabled persons under RPwD Act 2016, wife of disabled military personnel, widowed/legally divorced/judicially separated women, and unmarried women of Haryana. Ex-Servicemen get relaxation equal to their military service plus 3 years. Full relaxation details, subject to a maximum age of 52 years for most categories, are given in the official notification.

Application Fee

Fee is payable via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Fee once paid is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other examination.

Selection Process

Staff Nurse & Ayurvedic Pharmacist

• Phase-1: Written Test (MCQ based) – 90 marks, 105 minutes. Covers concerned field/subject (50 questions), Reasoning & Mathematics (10), Haryana GK & Current Affairs (10), General English & Hindi (10), and Basic Computer Knowledge (10). No negative marking.
• Phase-2: Academic Achievements – 10 marks, based on GNM/B.Sc Nursing percentage (Staff Nurse) or UP-Vaidya/Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy percentage (Ayurvedic Pharmacist), verified during Physical Document Verification.

Shortlisting ratio for Document Verification is 1:5 based on combined Phase-1 and Phase-2 marks. Final selection is on overall merit.

Clerk

• Phase-1: Typing Test in English (On Computer) – 15 marks, 10 minutes. Minimum qualifying speed is 30 NWPM; 0.5 marks awarded for each extra NWPM above 30, up to a maximum of 15 marks.
• Phase-2: Written Test (MCQ based) – 70 marks, 90 minutes. Covers Reasoning & Mathematics (20), Haryana GK & Current Affairs (20), General English & Hindi (20), and Basic Computer Knowledge (10). No negative marking. Only candidates clearing the minimum 30 NWPM typing speed proceed to this phase.
• Phase-3: Academic Achievements – 15 marks, based on percentage in 10th (5 marks), 12th (5 marks), and Graduation (5 marks).

Shortlisting ratio for Document Verification is 1:5 based on combined marks from all three phases. Final selection is on overall merit, out of 100 total marks.

Tie-breaking, if required, follows this order: elder candidate by age, then candidate whose name comes first alphabetically in English, then candidate whose father’s name comes first alphabetically.

5. After submission and fee payment, download a printout of the submitted form, sign every page, and upload the scanned, signed copy back onto the portal.
6. Retain a copy of the submitted, signed application for future reference.
