Eligibility Criteria

Technician Grade I Signal

• B.Sc in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation, OR
• Engineering Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline

Technician Grade III

• 10th Pass / Matriculation, AND
• ITI Certificate in a relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT, OR
• Act Apprenticeship in a related trade

Fresh ITI and Diploma candidates can also apply if they meet the eligibility conditions.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2026)

Age relaxation will be applicable as per RRB rules for reserved categories, as specified in the detailed CEN.

Salary

In addition to basic pay, employees also get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), Medical Facilities, and Railway Pass benefits.
