Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Generalist

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream.
• At least 60% marks (55% for SC, ST and PwBD).

Specialist disciplines

• Finance: CA or CMA, plus a degree with 60%.
• Legal: Law degree with 60%.
• IT: B.E., B.Tech., M.E. or M.Tech. in CS or IT, or MCA, with 60%.
• Automobile: Automobile Engineering degree, or any engineering degree with an Automobile diploma.
• Risk Engineers: engineering degree in other branches. CS: ACS or FCS with a degree.
• Agriculture: 4 year degree or PG in Agriculture, Agri Biotech or Agri Engineering.

Age limit (on 1 October 2026)

• 21 to 30 years (born 2 October 1996 to 1 October 2005).
• SC and ST get 5 years, OBC 3 years.
• PwBD get 10 to 15 years. Maximum age with all relaxations is 45 years.

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. Phase I: online prelims of 100 marks (English, Reasoning, Quant) in 60 minutes.
2. Phase II: online mains of 250 marks plus a 30 mark English descriptive test.
3. Wrong answers carry a penalty.
4. Interview for those shortlisted from Phase II.
5. Final merit from the exam and interview.

• Degree marksheets and certificates as on 1 October 2026.
• CA, CMA, CS or other professional certificates, if needed.
• Category, EWS or PwBD certificates.
