Educational Qualification

• Educational Counsellor: B.A./B.Sc. (Psychology) with a Certificate or Diploma in Counselling. Desirable: at least 1 year of career/educational counselling experience in schools, OR working knowledge/experience in placement bureaus, OR registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India as a vocational counsellor.
• Special Educator (Elementary): XII pass with a 2-year D.Ed. Special Education or 1-year DSE in any disability category; OR DCBR/PGDCBR/Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker with a 6-month certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs; OR Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf; OR Primary Level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment; OR DVR-MR/DVTE-MR/DHLS with the 6-month certificate course; OR XII with any RCI-recognized qualification of at least 1 year plus the 6-month certificate course; OR any other RCI-approved equivalent – and CTET qualified.
