• Assistant (12 posts, Age limit 35 years): Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/Institute, plus at least 3 years’ experience as UDC (or equivalent Level 4) or 8 years as LDC (or equivalent Level 2) in Central/State Govt./University/PSU or autonomous bodies, along with working knowledge of computer applications, noting and drafting.
• Private Secretary (1 post, Age limit 35 years): Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant in a University/Research establishment/Govt./PSU, English/Hindi stenography at 120/100 wpm, and typing speed of 35/30 wpm respectively.
• Personal Assistant (1 post, Age limit 35 years): Bachelor’s degree, stenography proficiency in English/Hindi at minimum 100 wpm, typing at 35/30 wpm, computer knowledge, and 2 years’ experience as Stenographer or equivalent.
• Senior Technical Assistant – Auto CAD (1 post, Age limit 35 years): B.Tech with Diploma in Auto CAD, OR Master’s in Physics/Maths/Computer with Diploma in Auto CAD.
• Senior Technical Assistant – HAPPRC (1 post, Age limit 35 years): Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Environmental Science/Agriculture Science/Plant Science (Medicinal & Aromatic Plants)/Botany from a recognized University.
• Assistant Engineer, Civil (1 post, Age limit 40 years): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, plus 3 years’ relevant experience as Junior Engineer or equivalent in Govt. PWD/similar organization/reputed private organization with annual turnover of Rs.200 crores.
• Junior Engineer, Civil (2 posts, Age limit 35 years): B.E. in Civil with 1 year relevant experience, OR Diploma in Engineering with 3 years’ relevant experience in CPWD/State PWD or similar organizations.
• Junior Engineer, Electrical (2 posts, Age limit 35 years): B.E. in Electrical with 1 year relevant experience, OR Diploma in Engineering with 3 years’ relevant experience, on similar lines as Junior Engineer (Civil).
• Senior Technical Assistant, ICT (3 posts, Age limit 35 years): B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), or MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Science), with at least 55% marks in all qualifying degrees, plus 3 years’ relevant experience in software development/maintenance.
• Horticulturist (1 post, Age limit 40 years): M.Sc. Agriculture (Horticulture specialization), or M.Sc. Horticulture with Floriculture, or M.Sc. Botany (Horticulture specialization) with 3 years’ relevant experience, or B.Sc. (Ag.) with Horticulture elective and 5 years’ experience.
• Assistant Information & Public Relation Officer (1 post, Age limit 40 years): Master’s in Journalism & Mass Communication (55% marks) or Master’s with PG Diploma in Journalism, plus 3 years’ experience in editorial/media/advertising with excellent command of English, Hindi and regional language.
• Sports Coach (1 post, Age limit 35 years): Master’s Degree in Physical Education plus a Diploma in Coaching from NIS or equivalent; desirable – competence in coaching at least two games at national/international level and 2 years’ coaching experience.

Application Fee

Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Payment must be made online only, through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI. Applicants applying for more than one post must apply separately and pay the fee separately for each post.

1. Register on the SAMARTH Recruitment portal at hnbgunt.samarth.edu.in.
2. Fill in the prescribed online application form with complete and correct information.
3. Upload all necessary scanned documents (self-attested copies of degree/certificates/mark sheets/experience certificates, publications, etc.) in high resolution and clearly readable format.
4. Pay the applicable application fee online.
5. Submit the application on or before 16 September 2026, 18:00 hrs. The online link will not be available after this date and time.

Important Instructions

• The eligibility (experience, qualification, age, etc.) of applicants will be determined as on the last date of online application submission; updating qualification/experience after this date will not be entertained.
• Applicants must ensure they fulfil all eligibility criteria before applying, as ineligible applications will be summarily rejected.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS certificates must be issued on or after 1 April 2026.
• SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD candidates must upload the relevant certificate as per Government of India format.
• Reserved category candidates applying for an unreserved post will not be provided any age or marks relaxation applicable to their category.
• As per MHRD Letter dated 22 December 2015, there will be no interview for appointment to Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts carrying Grade Pay of Rs.4,600/- or less; accordingly, no interview will be held for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts under this notification.
• Applicants already in Government/PSU service must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer; original NOC and Vigilance Clearance Certificate in a sealed cover must be submitted when required by the University.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending any written test/skill test at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature.
• The University reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement, fill or not fill some or all posts, and draw up a reserve/waiting list valid for one year, which may be used for consequential/new vacancies.

Selection Process Notes

Applications received against this notification will be scrutinised by a Screening Committee, which will prepare a list of eligible and not-eligible candidates based on the guidelines and criteria it decides.
