Who Can Apply

Educational Qualification for Junior Programmer

• Graduate (55% marks) with PGDCA/PDCA/PGDIT/APGDCA, OR
• BCA/B.Sc.(Computer Science/IT)/MCA/M.Sc.(Computer Science/IT)/B.Tech/M.Tech (in any stream), with 55% marks, OR
• Three-Year Diploma in Computer Application/IT from SBTE/University, or ‘A’/’B’/’C’ Level course from DOE/NIELIT (with 55% marks).

Note: Candidates with MCA/M.Tech qualifications obtained through Distance Education or Part-Time mode must have the degree/course approved/permitted by AICTE.

Rs. 24,100 per month for the post of Junior Programmer, engaged on job-work basis.

Test and Selection Process

The panel is prepared through a computer-based test conducted at IDDC, Ambala and HMSDC, Gurugram centres. The panel shall be valid for 2 years from the date of publishing the result on HARTRON’s website, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years if required.

• Merit shall be based on candidate performance in the test/selection process, and panel placement shall follow the state reservation roster.
• The benefit of reservation is available only to bonafide residents of Haryana State belonging to SC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS/ESM/PwD categories, with valid supporting documents as on the last date of application.
• A candidate placed on the panel for any post shall not be allowed to apply again for the same category for at least 6 months.

Reservation

Reservation benefits are applicable as per Haryana Government instructions, including for SC/BC-A/BC-B/EWS/Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and their family members, and children/grandchildren of Freedom Fighters, subject to submission of valid category certificates issued by the competent authority before the last date of application. EWS certificates must be issued specifically for Haryana Government jobs; EWS certificates for Central Government jobs will not be considered. Compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour is available for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities eligible for scribe facility.

• ESM candidates: Identity Card from Zila Sainik Board and Discharge Certificate/Book
