Educational Qualification

• Gynaecologist/Medical Specialist: MD/MS in the concerned speciality or DNB, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the specialty after Post Graduation.
• Radiologist: A recognized medical qualification under the Indian Medical Council Act 1956, with a Post Graduate degree in the concerned specialty, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience after Post Graduation.
• Dental Hygienist: Diploma in Dental Hygiene/Class 1 DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces), with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a dental lab.
• Chowkidar: Class VIII pass or GD Trade for Armed Forces personnel (ESM category preferred; General category also available for Tuticorin).

Age Limit

The age limit varies by post: up to 68 years for Gynaecologist, Medical Specialist, and Radiologist; up to 56 years for Dental Hygienist; and up to 53 years for Chowkidar. The notification does not specify a separate relaxation slab beyond the category noted in the post-wise table (ESM/General).
