Disqualification Conditions

An applicant will be considered ineligible for appointment as PLV/Adhikar Mitra, or their appointment may be cancelled after inquiry by the President, DLSA Gadchiroli, without prior notice, in any of the following situations:

• Shows negligence in the work/objectives of the PLV scheme
• Declared insolvent by a court
• Faces any criminal charge or is an accused in a criminal case
• Found physically or mentally unable to perform PLV duties
• Misuses the position or engages in misconduct harmful to public interest
• Is an active political worker or office-bearer of any political party/organization

Nature of Work and Honorarium

• This is a purely voluntary social service position and does not confer any government post, employment, or salary rights.
• No regular wages will be paid for this work; only a daily honorarium, fixed from time to time by the District Legal Services Authority, will be paid (currently fixed at Rs. 750/day).
