Who Can Apply

• Option 1 (Preferred): PG Diploma in Yoga / MA in Human Conscious & Yogic Science / MA in Yoga & Naturopathy / MA in Yogic Science / Diploma or Certificate Course in Yoga.
• Option 2 (If Option 1 candidates unavailable): A local candidate who has passed Higher Secondary (+2, any stream), is physically and mentally fit, and has undergone 140 hours of yoga curriculum training in an institutional setting.
• Age Limit: 21 to 50 years, as on 1 September 2026.

Engagement Terms

• Empanelled yoga instructors will conduct 2 sessions per week (8 sessions a month) – 1 fixed session at the AAM headquarters and 1 at peripheral villages.
• Each session is 90 minutes, preferably in the morning (6:00 AM to 8:30 AM).
• Remuneration is Rs 600 per session, including conveyance and other logistics, paid monthly on submission of certified documents (session photo and attendance sheet certified by CHO/ANM/MPHW/MPHS).
• A minimum of 10 persons must participate in each yoga session.
• The position is purely temporary; remuneration is paid as per actual work performed.

Selection Criteria

• For Option 1 candidates: Career weightage of 80 marks (based on percentage secured in the qualifying degree/diploma) plus 20 marks for Personality Assessment on knowledge and skill in Yoga.
• For Option 2 candidates (only if Option 1 is unavailable): Personality Assessment of 100 marks; selection is made in order of merit.
