Post-wise Vacancy Details

Who Can Apply

Candidates with the post-wise qualification, experience and the CCC-type basic computer certificate prescribed by the Gujarat Government can apply. Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel with Annexure-II (Endorsement by the Employer).

Educational Qualification

• System Analyst: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics Engineering with 3 years’ programming experience (C/C++/Java, MySQL/Oracle with PHP, Windows/Linux/Unix); OR M.E./M.Tech. in CSE/Electronics, M.Sc. Computer Science or MCA with 1 year of such experience, from a recognised public or private organisation.
• Senior Clerk: Any graduate from a recognised university, at least 3 years of clerical/administrative experience after graduation, and a basic computer knowledge certificate as per Gujarat GAD resolution No. CRR-10-2007-120320-GS dated 13.08.2008 and 18.03.2016.
• Junior Clerk: Graduation or equivalent from a UGC-recognised university and a basic computer knowledge certificate as per the same GAD resolution.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is counted as on the last date of online application (16.10.2026). Age relaxation for reserved categories, women and PwBD follows Gujarat Government rules.

Application Fee

The fee is paid online and is non-refundable. Bank charges are borne by the candidate.

Selection Process

• System Analyst (Level 9): If there are more than 6 applicants, a written test is held and the top 6 by merit are called for interview.
• Senior Clerk and Junior Clerk: Written test only.
• The syllabus and exam pattern will be uploaded on www.bknmu.edu.in. Call letters are sent by email or shown on the website. No TA is paid.

• Basic computer knowledge certificate (GAD resolution)
• Experience certificate, August 2026 pay slip and ITR/26AS/Form 16 for claimed experience
