General Manager – Information Security (CISO)

B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Cyber Security or allied discipline (Master’s in Cyber/Information Security an added advantage). Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in information/cyber security, of which at least 5 years at a senior leadership level (CISO, Head of Information Security, Senior Director-Cyber Security, VP-Information Security) in a large enterprise. At least one professional certification from CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CCISO, OSCP, GIAC (any track) or equivalent.

General Manager – Test Centre Network & Operations

B.E./B.Tech./Graduate degree with a Post-Graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM/Master’s) in Operations Management, General Management, Public Administration or allied discipline. Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in large-scale, multi-site operations or network management, of which at least 5 years at a senior leadership level with end-to-end accountability for a network of 200+ sites/locations.

General Manager – Vigilance, Investigation & Forensics

Graduate degree, with a Post-Graduate qualification in Law (LLM), Public Administration, Forensic Science, Criminology, Cyber Security or allied discipline as a strong advantage (LLB highly desirable). Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience in investigation, vigilance, intelligence, law-enforcement, digital forensics or anti-fraud functions, of which at least 5 years at a senior leadership level (Senior Superintendent of Police, DIG, Joint Director/Director rank in central investigation/intelligence agencies, or Chief Vigilance Officer in a large PSU).

General Manager – Assessment R&D and Psychometrics

Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science (assessment/AI focus), Educational Psychology or allied discipline (Master’s with substantial research and peer-reviewed publications considered in exceptional cases). Minimum 12 years’ post-Ph.D. experience in assessment research, psychometrics, item banking, large-scale testing or measurement science, of which at least 5 years at a senior leadership level.

Consultant-Administration

Graduate from a recognized university (Post-Graduate qualification preferred); a qualification in Computer Applications, Management or Administration is an added advantage. Minimum 15 years’ progressive experience in administration, logistics, procurement and office management, preferably including experience in a Government, PSU or large institutional environment; prior exposure to Government procurement processes (GFR-2017/GeM) is desirable.

Young Professionals (Pratibha Setu Portal)

Applications are considered only from candidates registered on the Pratibha Setu Portal of the UPSC, who have appeared in the Civil Services Examination, along with the following stream-specific criteria:

• Academic Research (12 posts): A Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject area, or the CSE optional subject aligned to a subject area of NTA’s examinations, is preferred; a doctoral qualification (submitted/awarded) will be given preference.
