What the Role Involves

TISS SSE runs an industry-academia aligned, work-integrated higher education model, blending classroom learning with structured skill training in real workplace environments. The Assistant Manager-Operations manages operational activities for assigned sectors across India, including:

• Onboarding and handholding Vocational Training Providers (VTPs)/Knowledge Partners.
• Academic facilitation – creating courses and batches on the ERP, empanelling skill instructors, class scheduling, fee collection, and invoice processing.
• Monitoring and overseeing the examinations process.
• Addressing student and stakeholder concerns, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring accurate ERP data.
• Site visits to VTP/Industry Partner locations where batches are ongoing, and submitting monthly MIS reports.
• Conducting feedback reviews with students, parents, and partners, and taking corrective action where needed.

Rs 500, online. SC/ST/PwD candidates pay Rs 125 (with the required certificate attached). Women applicants are exempted from the application fee entirely. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
