What Each Post Needs

• Assistant Registrar: A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or UGC Grade B), plus 5 years of administrative experience as a Superintendent in a UGC-recognized institute or MCI-recognized medical college, along with a computer course of at least 3 months.
• SDE (Civil): B.Tech/B.Sc/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from a UGC/AICTE-approved university.
• JE (Civil): Either a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized board, or a B.Tech/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, or AMIE.
• JE (Electrical): The same pattern as JE (Civil), but in Electrical Engineering.
• Library Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with at least 55% marks, plus 30 wpm typing speed in English.
• Library Counter Clerk / Library Restorer: A Graduate degree plus a Bachelor’s in Library Science (B.Lib.), with 3 years of experience in a Government/University library.
• Store Keeper: A Graduate degree (with relaxed norms for Ex-Servicemen), plus a data-entry test at 30 wpm and computer skills including internet/email use.

Almost every post also asks for Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject, or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as a subject – so double-check this language requirement even if your core qualification is strong.

Age and Nationality

You need to be at least 18 and not more than 42 years old as of the closing date for applications – age relaxation for reserved categories follows standard Haryana Government norms. Only Indian citizens (or eligible Nepal/Bhutan subjects, pre-1962 Tibetan refugees, or certain categories of Indian-origin migrants with an eligibility certificate) can apply.

How to Apply

1. Register at recruitment.skau.ac.in, using your Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) or mobile number.
2. Complete the registration to get a login ID, then fill up the application form for the post you’re eligible for.
3. Pay the application fee online – the system accepts your form only after payment goes through.
4. Download the printout of your submitted form, sign every page, and upload the scanned, signed copy back onto the portal – this step is not optional. Paying the fee alone doesn’t complete your application.
5. Complete registration, form-filling and fee payment by 26 October 2026, 4:00 PM, and upload your signed form by 29 October 2026, midnight.

Documents You’ll Need to Upload

• Signed photo and signature scans.
• Degree and mark sheet scans for all your educational qualifications.
• DSC/OSC certificate (Haryana), if claiming that category.
• BC-A/BC-B certificate issued specifically for 2026-27, if applicable.
• EWS certificate valid for 2026-27, if applicable.
• ESM certificate, PwBD certificate, Aadhaar card, Parivar Pehchan Patra, and Haryana Domicile Certificate, as relevant to your claims.
• Experience certificate, and an NOC from your department if you’re already a Haryana Government employee under bond.

A Few Things to Get Right

• Your eligibility – age, qualification, experience, everything – is locked in as of the closing date, even if that date later gets extended.
• Certificates issued after the closing date won’t count, and any qualification you don’t explicitly mention in your application won’t be considered later.
• Meeting the minimum qualification doesn’t automatically get you a written/typing test call – shortlisting still applies.
• The University can increase, decrease, or withdraw any advertised post without giving a reason, so don’t treat this as a locked-in guarantee.
