• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Retired from the post of Section Officer or above in a recognised university or institute.

Assistant Registrar

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Retired from the post of Assistant Registrar or above in a recognised university or institute.

Desirable experience

• Open and distance learning (ODL) work.
• Digital file processing, office automation, e-tendering and GeM purchase.
• NAAC, NIRF and KIRF accreditation work.

Age limit

• Not more than 60 years on 1 January 2026.
• Usual relaxation for SC, ST and OBC.

Selection Process

1. A selection committee will select candidates under the University Act.
2. Shortlisting may use academic record and ODL-relevant experience.

• Matriculation or Higher Secondary certificate for date of birth.
• Bachelor’s degree certificate and marksheets.
