Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Director on deputation

• Officers of the Central Government, State Government or Union Territory administrations.
• They must hold the post of Director (Level 12) or an equivalent post in their parent department.
• Or they must have at least 5 years of regular service in Pay Level 11 (₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700).
• Age: not more than 56 years on the opening date of receipt of applications.
• Desired: 3 years of experience in administration or sports administration, or in finance and accounts.

Selection Process

1. Candidates who meet the criteria are called for an interview.
2. A Selection Committee made by the competent authority conducts it.
3. Selection is on the merit list prepared by the committee.

• Application in Annexure I format, signed and countersigned by the cadre authority.
• Attested copies of APARs for the last 5 years.
• Integrity certificate and vigilance clearance.
• Certificate of no major or minor penalty for the last 5 years.
• Certificate that your information matches service records.
• Cadre clearance certificate.
