Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Group General Manager or General Manager (Civil)

• ✓An IRSE officer at SG, NFSG or SG level working in Level 13 or 14 of the 7th CPC.
• ✓An officer with under 18 years of Group A service is posted as General Manager (Civil).
• ✓An officer with 18 years of Group A service in Level 13 is posted as Group General Manager (Civil).
• ✓An NFSG or SG level officer in Level 14 is posted as Group General Manager (Civil).

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. 1Marks out of 100 for qualification (15), vigilance record (10), APAR performance (25) and interview (50).
2. 2A candidate needs 60% or more marks to be considered.

Documents Required

• ✓The application in the prescribed format with a detailed CV.
• ✓A No Objection Certificate, a vigilance clearance and a DAR clearance.
• ✓APAR copies of the last 5 years.
• ✓A list of penalties in the last 10 years, if any.
