Retired employees of the Government of Odisha, Government of India or reputed autonomous institutions, aged up to 65, who held the specified pay levels at retirement.
Educational Qualification / Eligibility
- Assistant Registrar: Retired from a post in Pay Level 11, 12, 13 or 14 of the Government of Odisha (or equivalent in GoI/reputed autonomous institutions).
- Section Officer: Retired from a post in Pay Level 7, 8, 9 or 10 of the Government of Odisha (or equivalent in GoI/reputed autonomous institutions).
