Qualification and Experience

• ✓Retail Construction Engineer: Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience, OR Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience, in construction of buildings, structurals, warehouses, tank farms, oil installations, highway structures or port infrastructure. Fuel retail construction experience is an advantage.
• ✓Retail Engineer: Degree in Engineering (any branch) with 5 years experience, OR Diploma in Engineering (any branch) with 10 years experience, and experience in fuel retail.
• ✓Terminal Operation Engineer: Degree in Engineering (any branch) with 5 years experience, OR Diploma with 10 years experience, and experience in oil tank farm installations or depots handling MS, HSD and ATF.
• ✓The qualification must be a regular full-time degree/diploma with at least 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD against reserved posts).
• ✓Only post-qualification full-time work experience counts. Trainee, teaching/research, freelance and entrepreneurial experience do not count.

Salary and Benefits

• ✓Annual consolidated pay: Rs 12 to 14 lakh, based on qualification and experience.
• ✓Provident Fund as per the EPFO wage ceiling. Gratuity after more than 1 year of engagement.
• ✓Ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakh to the family in case of death, plus another Rs 25 lakh if death is due to an accident in the company premises.

Selection Process

• ✓Selection is through Personal Interview only. Eligible candidates are called in the ratio 1:10 after screening of applications (higher qualification or more experience may be used to cut the numbers).
• ✓Qualifying marks in the interview: 50% for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD.
• ✓Tie: the older candidate is preferred. Call letters are downloaded from the MRPL website.
