Candidates with the qualifications below can attend. TGT Sanskrit candidates must have passed CTET Paper-II and be able to teach in both Hindi and English.

Educational Qualification

• TGT (Sanskrit):
  • A four-year integrated degree from an NCERT Regional College of Education in Sanskrit with at least 50% aggregate, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% in Sanskrit as an elective/main subject in all three years/six semesters and at least 50% aggregate.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognised university.
  • Pass in CTET Paper-II conducted by CBSE.
  • Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English.
• Counsellor:
  • B.A./B.Sc. (Psychology) from a recognised university.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Counselling.
  • Desirable: 1 year of career/educational counselling experience in schools, OR experience in placement bureaus, OR registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Vocational Counsellor.
