Mahila Paryavekshika

• Matric pass or equivalent is the minimum qualification.
• You must be a working Anganwadi Sevika with 10 years of service as on 1 January 2026.
• You must be a permanent resident of Kaimur district. The SDO residence certificate is compulsory.
• Age: 21 years minimum and 45 years maximum on 1 January. The upper limit gets 11 years of relaxation.
• You must be mentally and physically fit. A health certificate from an officer of Assistant Civil Surgeon level is needed before joining.

Salary Details

Selection Process

1. A merit list is made from marks for service, awards and higher education.
2. Service marks: 10 marks for 10 years, then 1 mark for each extra completed year.
3. Award marks: 10 for a National Award and 5 for a State Award.
4. Higher exam marks (Inter, Graduate or Postgraduate): 10 for first division, 5 for second and 3 for third.
5. The candidate with the highest marks gets the post as per reservation. For equal marks, the older candidate ranks higher.

• Experience certificate from the Child Development Project Officer, showing years of service.
