• Research Assistant (2 Posts): Three-year graduate degree in Social Work/Psychology/Public Health/Nursing plus 3 years’ post-qualification experience, or a Master’s in the same fields, or M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/Psychiatric Social Work; good command of Tamil and English.
• Data Manager: Three-year graduate degree in Social Work/Psychology/Public Health plus 3 years’ experience, or a Master’s in the same fields, or M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/Psychiatric Social Work; experience in data management/entry, proficiency in MS Excel, and willingness to travel periodically to partner institutions (AIIMS Bhubaneswar, KMC Manipal, MGM Mumbai, NIMHANS Bengaluru) for data quality audits.
• Desirable (all posts): Experience in RCTs/multicentre study coordination, statistical software (SPSS/R/Stata), MS Office proficiency, and REDCap experience.
