Vacancy Details

Age Limit

As on 01 April 2027:

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 27 Years

Candidates should be born between 01 April 2000 and 31 March 2007 (both dates inclusive).

Salary

Selected candidates will be appointed as Lieutenant in the Indian Army.

During training, candidates will receive a fixed stipend of ₹56,100 per month.

After successful commissioning, the pay scale will be:

Selection Process

Physical Standards

Before joining the training academy, candidates should meet the minimum physical standards.

Training Details

Selected candidates will undergo training at:

Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya, Bihar

Training Duration:

• Around 49 Weeks

Training is expected to begin from April 2027. During training, candidates will receive the monthly stipend as mentioned above.

Service Period

• Minimum Service: 10 Years
• Maximum Service: 14 Years

Eligible officers may also get an opportunity for Permanent Commission based on the rules and performance.
