Note: One post each of Counselor, Junior Superintendent and Senior Assistant is for PwBD. One Senior Assistant post is for Ex-Servicemen.

Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Assistant Registrar and Counselor

• Assistant Registrar: master’s degree with 55% marks. Supervisory service at Level 6 or above for 5 years, with 3 years in a centrally funded technical institute. Age up to 45 years.
• Counselor: M.A. and graduation in Psychology with 55% in both. Five years of counselling experience. Age up to 40 years.

Medical Officer

• M.D. or M.S. in a medical branch. Or MBBS with a PG Diploma and 2 years of experience. Or MBBS with 4 years of experience.
• Age up to 45 years. Pay is Level 10 plus NPA.

Assistant Manager (ICT) and Web Programmer

• Assistant Manager (ICT): M.Tech or master’s with 55% and 2 years of experience. Or B.Tech with 60% and 5 years. Age up to 35 years.
• Web Programmer: bachelor’s in Computer Application with 55% and 3 years in web design and maintenance. Age up to 35 years.

Junior Superintendent, Junior Technical Superintendent and Senior Assistant

• Junior Superintendent: master’s with 55% and 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s with 55% and 5 years. Age up to 35 years.
• Junior Technical Superintendent: master’s in CSE, IT or Computer Applications with 55% and 3 years of systems experience. Age up to 35 years.
• Senior Assistant: bachelor’s with 55% and 3 years of experience in government, autonomous body or PSU. Age up to 30 years.

Junior Technical Assistant (CSE)

• B.Tech, B.E. or B.Sc in Computer Science or IT with 50% marks. Or a 3 year diploma with 55% and 1 year of IT administration.
• Age up to 27 years.

Age relaxation

• SC and ST: up to 5 years. OBC (non-creamy layer): up to 3 years.
• PwBD with General: 10 years. With OBC: 13 years. With SC or ST: 15 years.
• Regular IIT staff and eligible institute staff can apply up to 50 years.
