Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Essential

• PhD in a research area relevant to Electrical Engineering, from a recognised university.
• First class in all earlier levels and a good academic record.
• PhD completed within the past 5 years on the last date.
• The PhD must not be from IIT Jammu.

Other conditions

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Publications in reputed journals and conferences get weightage.
• Persons in regular employment will not be considered.
• The upper age limit is 40 years.
