- Qualification: Graduate from a reputed University/Institute.
- Experience: 3 years of prior experience in hostel administration, residential supervision, or student welfare is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or other languages is an added advantage.
What the Role Involves
This is a residential position requiring you to live on campus and stay reachable for emergencies outside normal duty hours. Core responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety, security, discipline, and overall welfare of hostel residents round the clock, enforcing in-time/out-time norms and the institutional code of conduct.

The role follows a six-day working week with one weekly off day, though the position requires availability for emergencies and student welfare issues outside normal working hours, given its residential nature.
Compensation and Benefits
The indicative remuneration is Rs 6.40 Lakh per annum, on a consolidated monthly salary (CTC) basis, renewable based on satisfactory performance. You’ll get rent-free accommodation within the hostel premises (though you won’t be eligible for HRA while occupying it), plus subsidised meals at the Institute cafeteria/mess.
How to Apply
- Fill the application using the link provided on the official notification, before 27 September 2026 (the extended closing date).
- Upload: 10th & 12th mark sheets, Diploma/Graduation semester-wise mark sheets and final Degree Certificate, Post-Graduation certificates if applicable, all experience letters, recent 3 months’ pay slips or income proof, and any training certificates you hold.
- Applications without these documents will be treated as incomplete and not considered.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
