• Gender: Only women candidates are eligible to apply.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum +2 (12th Standard) pass. Applications from candidates not meeting this qualification will not be considered.
• Odia Language Knowledge: The candidate must have knowledge of the Odia language, i.e., ability to read and write Odia fluently.
• Priority Categories: Preference in the merit list is given, as per Government norms, to candidates from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe categories, BPL families, and to Widows/Divorced/Disabled candidates, among other eligible priority categories as prescribed.
