Essential: Postgraduate in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biomedical Science / Bioinformatics, OR graduate in Agriculture Science/Technology (all agriculture and allied sciences, Animal Science, Veterinary Science). Desirable: Master’s in VPH/VPE/Microbiology/Biotechnology with experience in microbial isolation, identification, cell culture, molecular techniques; proficiency in computers and office software.

Qualification
Essential: Graduate in Veterinary Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biomedical Science. Desirable: experience in molecular and epidemiological techniques, handling large animals and cultures of infectious diseases.
Only candidates who have a provisional or final degree certificate can apply.
Terms and Conditions
- ✓Purely temporary and contractual. No absorption or re-employment in ICAR-IVRI or ICAR after the project ends.
- ✓Engagement is for one year or till the project ends, whichever is earlier, unless extended as per project rules.
- ✓Selection is purely on merit.
- ✓Bring a No Objection Certificate from your present employer (if employed) and original experience certificates.
- ✓Candidates reporting after the reporting time will not be considered.
- ✓Either side can end the engagement; a Young Professional can leave with at least 1 month’s notice.
- ✓The selected candidate may need to travel for research work. No TA/DA for the interview.
