Eligibility: Qualification and Age Limit

Junior Office Assistant (IT) Job Trainee

• Class 12 pass from a recognised board of school education or university.
• Or Matriculation with an ITI Diploma or Certificate in IT Enabled Sectors. Or a 3 year Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
• You must have at least 40% permanent disability, with a certificate from the District Medical Board or above.
• You must be a bona fide resident of Himachal Pradesh.
• Age: 18 to 45 years on the last date. Up to 5 years of relaxation as per Government rules.

Selection Process

1. Selection is purely on the documents sent with the application.
2. A merit list is made on a weightage of 30 marks.
3. Weightage covers education (10), disability (6), additional qualification (4), backward area, landless family, BPL status, training and experience.
4. Candidates are called for screening in the ratio of 1:10 for the first post.
5. Original documents are checked at verification.

• Employment Registration Certificate.
• Self-addressed envelope with postal stamps.
