Haryana Sports KISCE Recruitment 2026: Sports Department of Haryana invites applications for engagement on a contractual basis at the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence (KISCE), Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex, Panchkula. Applications must be submitted on or before 29 September 2026.

Who Can Apply
- Doctor/Sports Injury Management: MD or PGD in Sports Medicine recognized by erstwhile MCI, with minimum 2 years’ research/work experience with national/state athletes. General Physicians/Orthopaedic Doctors may also be considered given the limited availability of Sports Medicine specialists.
- Strength & Conditioning Expert: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sports and Exercise Science/Sports Science/Sports Coaching, OR any Graduation with ASCA Level-1 or above/CSCS/UK SCA accredited coach/Diploma in Fitness Training.
- Young Professional: Master’s Degree or equivalent/Bachelor’s degree with PG Diploma in Sports Management (minimum 50% marks), OR Graduate with at least 3 years’ work experience. Candidates who represented India internationally, or hold an MBA/PG in Sports Management, are preferred.
Engagement Terms
- The contractual engagement is for 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance and periodic review, and is coterminous with the Khelo India Scheme.
- No TA/DA is admissible for joining or completion of the assignment; no other allowances (DA, accommodation, conveyance, HRA, LTC) are admissible.
- Selected candidates are entitled to 30 days of leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.
- Services may be discontinued with one month’s notice for unsatisfactory performance, or terminated immediately for misconduct.
